1). Do you have a trial membership option available?

We do not typically offer free trials. However, we honor a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee so there’s no risk in signing up today.

2). What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept all major credit/debit cards as well as PayPal for our courses, content, and memberships. If you prefer to pay for the Premium Microgreens course via PayPal, please send a request to support@fromthefield.tv.

3). Do you have any payment plans?

Yes. For FromTheField.TV, we offer monthly and yearly plans. For our Premium Microgreens course, we offer a payment plan of 2 X $480 USD.

4). What if I’m not happy with my purchase?

If you aren’t satisfied with FromTheField.TV within the first 30 days of activation, you may receive a 100% refund.

5). Will my membership be automatically renewed each year/month?

Yes. Once you enter your payment information and sign up to become a member, your membership fee will be automatically charged each month or year (depending on the membership plan you selected). You may cancel any time.

6). How do I update my account information (credit card/payment, email address, password)?

To update your account and profile, log into FromTheField.TV and click on “Dashboard” on the top navigation menu. You will see three options to update: Profile, Password, Billing. Click “Save Changes” when you are finished.

7). What will happen if my monthly/yearly membership payment doesn’t go through?

Please ensure your credit/debit card information is up to date so that we can retain your valued membership. If your method of payment has expired or is otherwise not valid, your monthly membership charge will not be processed. This could impact the status of your membership and may place it on “hold,” making it inactive until your payment information is updated and your membership fee is processed.

1). Why can’t I view some of the videos on the website?

The videos and content on FromTheField.TV are exclusively accessible by members only. If you are a member, and you see a “Get Access Now” message on a video, please double check that your payment information is correct and that your membership is active. Please reach out to support@fromthefield.tv for more assistance.

2). How do I contact support about tech troubles with my videos or content?

We are here to help! Please send an email to support@fromthefield.tv. We will respond within 24-48 hours.

3). Where can I find Curtis’ live stream videos?

Every week, Curtis posts a live video to YouTube. Once the live stream is over, the video is removed from YouTube (within 48 hours) and archived for members-only on FromTheField.TV. Sign up today and never miss a live-stream video!

4). How do I purchase and download the All-in-One Audiobook and TUF Digital Tools files?

1). How do I contact Curtis for a question or to schedule an interview/consulting service?

All inquiries should be directed to support@fromthefield.tv. Please note that due to Curtis’ busy schedule, he is not able to personally respond to all requests. If you have a media, interview, or consulting/collaboration request, your email will be forwarded to our media team to review. If it is a good fit for Curtis and the team, you should receive a response within 10 business days. Thank you for your interest and your understanding!

2). Does Curtis accept requests for internships or apprenticeships?

At this time, Curtis and his team are not accepting work requests, including volunteers, internships, and apprenticeships. If opportunities become available, we will certainly let fans, followers, and members know.

3). Does Curtis sell seeds or other gardening/farming products?
